Education of Spirit, Mind, and Body

Saint Ann School’s Honors Program is designed to meet the unique needs of our highly able middle school students. Honors classes are available in math, science, social studies, English, literature, and religion. Our differentiated curriculum is designed to reveal and encourage a variety of talents in a variety of learners. Our talented faculty work diligently to affirm the apparent student strengths and motivate them to develop other areas of expertise.

Our differentiated approach to teaching uses choice as a way to guide our students to discover the joy of learning. Choices about how to express their learning and opportunities to apply what they learn, increases their motivation and academic success. Challenging our most able students using a quality, problem-based curriculum has enhanced their academic success and ability to compete at the next level of their education.

Saint Ann School is committed to providing the highest level of education for our students in a classroom environment that supports their natural curiosity and desire to look at the world in new and exciting ways. Creating tasks that require multiple solutions keep our students challenged and engaged in their learning. Our teachers demonstrate the value of creative thinking by modeling it and encouraging their students to do the same. As we encourage our students to develop their gifts, we are mindful of the need to help them to be proud of their God-given gifts and to be humble in the realization of the power of these gifts to make a difference in the world.
