ATHLETICS
The goal of the physical education curriculum is to promote physical fitness through an appreciation of God given abilities, valuing sportsmanship, team cohesiveness, and exhibiting Christian virtues. Differentiated teaching methodologies are used to allow students to develop life-long wellness and fitness habits. Students are assessed annually through the National Physical Fitness Challenge.
Our championship athletic program provides opportunities to participate in interscholastic competitions, and enjoy its recreational and health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, our program develops athletic skills as well as leadership, self-discipline, and team cohesiveness.
